Red Raider Team Open

***** Team Epee: 9:00AM (registration closes at 8:30AM) Team Foil: 12:00PM (registration closes at 11:30AM) (All times are Eastern.) ***** Entry fee is $15 per team. ***** Each team must have a minimum of 3/maximum of 4 fencers. Each fencer may represent only one team per weapon. The format will be USFA-style (running total to 45). ***** The teams will be seeded by a points system based on the ratings of the top 3 fencers: A=5 B=4 C=3 D=2 E=1 Teams with the same points will be seeded by dice roll. ***** The events will be: 2 teams: 2 out of 3 matches 3 teams: 1 seeding round (pool of 3) followed by a DE table of 4 4 teams: 1 seeding round (pools of 2) followed by a DE table of 4 5-8 teams: 1 seeding round (pools of 2 or 3) followed by a DE table of 8 9 or more teams: Straight seeding to the appropriate DE table (16, 32, etc) ***** All USFA requirements/regulations concerning equipment will be observed. The event is open to all regardless of age. USFA membership is not required. ***** Preregistration opens on 03/28/2008. Preregistration closes on 04/18/2008.
