Event Format:
Round Robin Pools, 100% promotion to the Direct Elimination Rounds.
Y10 DEs will be to 10 points.
All other events' DEs will be to 15 points
Y8 events will consist of two rounds of pools with no DE round.
NOTE:
Per USA Fencing, Y8 competitors must fence using epees with a blade length not to exceed 775mm/30.5 inches (#0 blades). Additionally they will fence on a 10 meter strips (effectively the Warning Line becomes their end-of-piste.)
Per USA Fencing, Y10 competitors must fence using epees with a blade length not to exceed 32.5 inches (#2 blades).
