Note This is a Old AskFRED event. Registrations and results are all correct, but some other data could be missing.
Come and fence in the first event of the 2009-2010 fencing season. Did you learn a few things at Nationals or didn't go and now you need to shake off some of the cobwebs? Join us at the Georgia Games Fencing Tournament.

$26.00/Individual (1st event); $10.00/Subsequent events; $30.00/Team (must be registered in individual events)
*Out of State residents add $5.00 to entry fee per participant*

Equipment Vendor On-Site: Fencing.Net will be at the Georgia Games. We will also demonstrate the wireless epee scoring system.
Who Can Compete: All residents of Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana, and, North Carolina are invited to participate. Georgia residents attending school or serving in the military in other states are also eligible.
There will be Mixed Team events in all weapons â but space is limited- sign up your team early!
Tournament Structure:
One round of pools with 100% promotion to direct elimination table
One round of pools with 100% promotion to direct elimination table
- Events with less than five (5) entrants will not be held and the following accommodations will be made:
- In women's events, if less than five (5) people register for foil, epee or sabre, the fencers will be allowed to compete in the men's events and their relative scores will determine their placement.
- In age group events, if less than five (5) people register for a particular event; they will be scheduled in the next age group competition in that weapon category.
