Certified Referee Observers will be present at the Phoenix Cup tournament March 23 to observe referee candidates and award referee ratings. Sign up here to indicate which weapon(s) you wish to be observed in.
Candidates should complete a referee seminar and pass the online rules examination prior to the event, add the +CheckEd option to their USA Fencing membership, initiate the background check, and acknowledge the referee's contract and code of ethics.
Referee observations are sponsored by USFA Philadelphia Division, so they will be free of charge. Registered PhilDiv members will be given priority for registration.
Observations will be limited by availability of CROs and number of fencers competing. If event is full, please e-mail phildivfencing@gmail.com to be put on the waiting list.
