February 22nd Update: D3 Senior Mixed Foil has reached its cap of 42. We are unable to expand this event due to strip and referee constraints and suggest registering for Saturday's Senior Mixed Foil event.

February 21st Update: Senior Mixed Saber is now open to 70. If full, A wait list may be available at venue, but it's first come first served. We will not go beyond the 70 fencers, so the only people who get in are from spots from people who did not show up. No, you cannot take someone else's spot for free because they're from the same club. This is a fundraiser and every penny matters.

2/19 Update: We have expanded the Senior Mixed Saber event size from 42 to 56 to support demand. We will not increase the CAP for that event again. You are HIGHLY encouraged to register WITH PAYMENT ASAP. Senior Mixed Saber will be a FLIGHTED Event, with 4 pools going off at 4pm, and 4 pools going off when the others are complete. Fencers who cannot register for the Saturday Saber event are encouraged to register for the Sunday D3 event.

The Annual Conomikes-Gutenberg Open IS A DIVISION SANCTIONED CLUB FUNDRAISER and will be held on 2/24 and 2/25 at the W&M Adair Gym @ 251 Ukrops Way in Williamsburg.

Senior Mixed AND D & Under events begin at 9:00 with medals to the 8. $35 event Fee must be Pre-paid here on AskFred. The William & Mary Fencing Club has organized this event with the VA Division, and the division promises a well-run college club event with highly rated referees and bout committee. Events will be competed on a gym floor with strips taped out.

$35 per event fee must be paid in advance here on AskFred. Unpaid preregistrations will be deleted after the registration close date of 02/22/2024. Requests to be added to the event after the tournament close MAY BE DECLINED, due to space or referee limitations. No refunds will be issued once the open registration has closed.

You are HIGHLY encouraged to register AND pay at the same time to reserve your space and to give the organizers - who want to ensure the best possible experience - the opportunity to find good referees and run a smooth and well-managed event. There will be times when organizers will send notes to unpaid registrations giving 12 or 24 hours to finalize or their pre-registrations will be deleted. Also, with the new Askfred system, it is much easier to register and pay for all of your events at once, versus one at a time - if this is possible for you.
