After the pancake Breakfast we will have a novice foil event (E and under USFA members only) starting at 12:00. This will be a great event for any fencer to see the structure and the way an event is ran before the "real" events of the season start. At this time, the event is NOT be sanctioned by the USFA and there will NOT be any national classifications handed out but there will be a lot of fun and prizes as well as a great opportunity for all our area fencers to experence a "mock up" event with fencers throughout the division before we start our division's calendar of events.
Top three places of the events will receive their registration fees waived at the Fannin Open this season.
This will be a great day for everyone to meet the new Fannin Fencing Team as well as all the new HPF fencers. This will be a fun and exciting event, we hope all the clubs in our area will send their unrated/E level fencers.
The unrated tournament will be for all ages
ranges 8 and up.
Current tentative Referees are Marc Hite, Jay Young, Victoria Conoley and Jake Ferguson. If any coachs are attending and would like to help out please let us know!
