J.L. Mann Fencing Club presents the JLMFC High School Meet! Junior Events restricted to High School students (Public, Private, Charter, Home School), proof of enrollment required - See below.
READ FIRST:
- This tournament is restricted to fencers in the Junior category enrolled in middle or high school whether it be public, charter, private, or home school per the guidelines set out on page 84 of the Athlete's Handbook.
- Proof of enrollment is required to compete - if no proof is provided by end of registration, fencers will not compete.
- No refunds issued after the deadline.
"Restricted competitions may not be rated unless the restriction is based solely upon fencers’ ratings, USA Fencing age categories or division/region membership, or meet the size restrictions defined in the information above. Only tournaments operated in conjunction with an interscholastic institution or association, such as a high school state athletic association or collegiate athletic conference, may set restrictions on fencers eligible to compete in the competition based on attendance of a specific academic institution." - USA Fencing Athlete's Handbook page 84

Tournament Fee - $20.00 per event

Event Cancellation
JLMFC reserves the right to cancel any event up to two weeks before the tournament.
If an event is cancelled, a message will be sent to everyone registered for the tournament notifying them of the changes and refunds will be issued, if needed.

Due to Greenville School District policy, we cannot take payment online through AskFRED.
Current USA Fencing Access, Competitive, or Coaching memberships are required to compete
We will not be able to issue refunds after Friday, 4/24/26
Parking
Please park in the visitors parking lot or the overflow student parking lot. You may enter the front of the school building. Follow the signs!
If you are a coach and plan to arrive with a team bus, please message us. We have special parking available!
Spectators
Spectators are welcome. It is recommended that spectators bring a lawn chair or some seating for the spectator area. We ask that spectators do not enter the fencing floor.
Fees
If you are struggling with registration fees, do not let that stop you from fencing. Reach out to us by sending a message via ASKFRED to see how we can help. All inquiries are anonymous and this is reserved only for participants that truly need it. Many clubs and tournaments have extended a helping hand to some of our students, so we want to show the same courtesy.
Cut
There will be no cut for any event.
Armory
We will be checking masks and gloves. All fencers using chest protectors must use protectors in compliance with the latest SEMI changes. FIE gloves required for sabre.
