VENUE:

The Red River Church is located at the corner of Red River and 45th Street Austin, TX. The gym is the two story building in the corner of the large parking lot.

The entrance to the parking lot is on 45th Street.

WAIVER FORM:

A waiver form will be attached to your confirmation email. Please print and complete it and bring it with you to the event.

FEES:

PREREGISTER AND PAY ON ASK FRED:

$35 Registration

$15 Per event

PAY AT THE DOOR:

*Cash or check only* Fees for registering at the door, or for fencers who preregistered but did not prepay:

$40 Registration

USA FENCING MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT:

A USA Fencing membership is required for all fencers. You can fence if you have an ACCESS or a COMPETITIVE membership.

AWARDS:

Medals will be awarded to the top 8.

(Awards are not gender based)

PROOF OF AGE

Fencers in all events must show proof of age at registration, in one of these formats:

- USFA card showing date of birth with VERIFIED:YES

- copy of birth certificate or passport

- government photo ID showing date of birth

- see https://www.usafencing.org/age-classification-eligibility to verify which age groups you are eligible to compete in.

Note about proof of age: it is a good idea to contact the USFA and provide them proof of age; then the USFA will mark your membership as "Verified:Yes" on your USFA card, and you won't have to bother with additional forms of proof of age any longer.

- AskFred registration and gateway fees are non-refundable

- The registration fee is non-refundable

- No refunds after February 5, 2025
