Join us at South Bay Fencing Academy for a great chance to get some competitive bouting before Summer Nationals!

Top 8 fencers will receive a medal, Top 4 medal + prizes!

We have ample free parking, convenient location close to 405 and 110 Freeways;

For fencers traveling for out of town we have a discounted hotel rate at a nearby hotel - just reach out to us directly.

Walk-ins: price for walk-ins is $50 per event, assuming cap has not been reached.

Senior and Y14 events will be SANCTIONED by USA Fencing;


  1. Saturday, June 7th:
  2. 9:00am: IN-HOUSE Y10 Mixed Sabre - SBFA Members Only - Beginners ONLY
  3. 12:00pm: Y10 Men's Sabre unsanctioned (capped at 35 fencers; with less than 20 participants, formula will be of 2 round of pools and direct elimination, in order to maximize the competitive experience)
  4. 2:30pm: Y10 Women's Sabre unsanctioned (capped at 35 fencers; with less than 20 participants, formula will be of 2 round of pools and direct elimination, in order to maximize the competitive experience)
  5. Sunday, June 8th:
  6. 9:00am: Senior Men's Sabre: SANCTIONED (capped at 42 fencers)
  7. 11:30am: Y14 Women's Sabre: SANCTIONED (capped at 35 fencers)
  8. 1:30pm: Senior Women's Sabre: SANCTIONED (capped at 42 fencers)
  9. 3:30pm: Y14 Men's Sabre SANCTIONED (capped at 35 fencers)
