2023 Ray Bautista Memorial Open is sanctioned by Columbus Division of USA Fencing. Please note that ALL EVENTS ARE CAPPED AT 35 PARTICIPANTS!!! Any pre-registrations received after the first 35 spots are filled will be placed on a WAITING LIST. Confirmation of participation to fencers on the waiting list will be sent via email on May 12, 2023. CLOSE OF REGISTRATION TIMES: Mixed OPEN Foil - 12:30 PM Mixed OPEN Epee - 2:30 PM Mixed OPEN Saber - 9:00 AM Women's Saber - CANCELLED The doors will open at 8:00 AM. We expect for all events to start within 30 min from close of registration times. TOURNAMENT VENUE Columbus Fencing & Fitness, LLC 4150 Tuller Rd. Suite 236 Dublin, OH 43017 FEES: REGULAR Registration: $55 per event (through Monday, May 8) LATE Registration: $75 per event (May 9 through Friday, May 12) WALK IN Registration: $100 per event NO PREPAYMENT REQUIRED. Payments by CASH or CHECK are collected at check in desk. Fees based on preregistration date on askFRED.net. TOURNAMENT FORMAT: One round of pools, with 100% promotion to the Direct Elimination rounds. No fence-off for third place. Medals will be awarded to the top four finishers. We kindly request all participants to have their club's warm-ups or white uniforms for the medal ceremony.
