Dear Fencers,
Join us for an exciting and intensive Summer Foil Camp designed for kids of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced fencers. Under the guidance of experienced coach Igor Zapozdaev, participants will strengthen their fencing fundamentals, while developing key athletic skills such as balance, agility, coordination, and focus.
Each day will include:
- Dynamic warm-ups
- Strategic, level-appropriate workouts
- Exercises to build fencing-specific mobility, flexibility, strength, and speed
- Technical drills with a focus on footwork, bladework, and tactical development
Whether your child is just starting out or already competing, this camp offers a fun, structured environment to grow and improve.
