The Summer Stabtacular is an unsanctioned tournament geared towards fencers who are new to the sport or competing. $25 for one event, or $40 for both!

Our 2025 Summer Stabtaculars (June 21st, July 19th, and August 16th) are a series of unsanctioned fencing tournaments hosted by the Greensboro Fencers Club at the Greensboro Fencing Academy and are designed for beginner fencers who want to try out a competition without the pressure of higher-ranking opponents. These tournaments are designed to provide a relaxed, supportive environment where new fencers can gain competitive experience and build confidence.


Registration


Registration fee is $25 for one event or $40 for both. If paying in person at the event, we take cash, card, checks, Venmo, and PayPal!


Note: AskFRED only allows one set price for events, so if you're wanting the discounted $40 for both, don't pay online. Make sure to register for both events online, but you can do so without paying and just bring payment on the day of the tournament!

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your event to allow time to check-in, gear up, and warm up.
