1. 8:30AM VETERANS (40+) EPEE (MAX 16)
2. 8:30AM UNSANCTIONED YOUTH COMBINED EPEE (MAX 8) Note: We will be using Y10 rules. (Pools + 10 touch DE bouts. Size 2 weapons provided as necessary). Medals & Ice Cream to All Participants in Youth Events.
3. 8:30AM UNSANCTIONED YOUTH COMBINED SABER (MAX 8) Note: We will be using Y14 rules. (Pools + 15 touch DE bouts). Medals & Ice Cream to All Participants in Youth Events.

We do have on-site parking. Please use the building entrance on the east side of the building (employee entrance facing CHASE BANK / US41) and proceed down the stairs to our fencing space.

Items for Sale:

Concessions (food/drinks/snacks) are available at the venue.

Equipment Sales & Armory Services available at the venue.

Tournament fee is $30 if pre-registered. Late registration tournament fee is $40. Events fees $20/event.

FAQs As Per DMs

How much is it to compete if pre-registered prior to the July 31st deadline?

The tournament fee ($30) is paid once (Saturday and Sunday combined) plus applicable event fees ($20/event)

Therefore the total is $30 PLUS $20 per event entered: i.e. 1 Event ($50), 2 Events ($70), 3 Events ($90), etc.

How do I pay?

Please pay during check in on the day of your first event. We will be accepting cash, check, card.

What type of membership do I need to compete?

Minimum is the ACCESS type membership. (Trial and parent membership types are not permitted)

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, USA FENCING MEMBERSHIPS EXPIRE ON JULY 31ST!

THIS MEANS YOU MUST BE RENEWED FOR THE 2026-27 FENCING YEAR IN ORDER TO COMPETE IN THIS TOURNAMENT!

Which birth years qualify for this event?

This is event is part of the 2026-27 fencing year.

For YOUTH events, fencers must have been born in 2014 or later.

For SENIOR events, fencers must have been born in 2013 or earlier.

For VETERAN events, fencers must have been born in 1987 or earlier.

What equipment/uniform is required to compete?

You must be in FULL UNIFORM to compete, including knickers/pants and plastron/underarm protector.

For SABER events, 800N glove is required.

For FOIL events, padded chest protector is required for ALL women and men choosing to wear a chest protector.

All fencers with female identifiers in their USA Fencing profile must wear a breast/chest protector.

Will this tournament be on FencingTimeLive?

YES.

I am competing both days. Can I leave my fencing bag at the facility?

Up to you. The facility will be secured overnight. However, all items left overnight are at owners own risk.

What time will my event start?

We will be closing registration 30 minutes before each event so that pools can be assigned to strips and referees before the scheduled start time of the event.

Please use this time to make sure that gloves and masks have been inspected, and confirm that all rating information is correct on FencingTimeLive.
