OPEN TO ALL HIGH SCHOOL FENCERS. Although it is not a USFA event all USFA rules will apply. Start of events (Eastern time, EST): 10:00 AM - WS/ME/MF 11:30 AM - WF/WE/MS INFORMATION ABOUT THE VENUE: http://www.culver.org/students/sports/fencing/ FORMAT: This is an individual event in all three weapons. One round of pools will be used to determine the seeding in each event. All fencers will be promoted to the second round, i.e. to the direct elimination round. DE rounds will be fenced without repassage to 15 touches. AWARDS: Top 8 finishers will receive medals while winners of each event will also receive a trophy. The overall men’s and women’s team trophies will be awarded for the best Club and the best High School program. ENTRY FEE: $20 Closing of registration at 8:00 PM on 1/25/08.
