The University of New Hampshire is please to host the Sword in the Snow SYC again this year. Please read below for further information (Information re accommodations is at the end of this message). Please be aware the deadline for preregistration for thi event has past, Registration will still be accepted in accordance with USFA Late Entry policy of 3X registration and event fees. Please Read below CAREFULLY: Online registration is available through AskFred.net. Registration deadline is Dec 7, 2014. Entries must be submitted via askFred by 11:59 PM on Dec 7. Mailed entries must be RECEIVED by Dec 7, 2014. Late Registrations will be accepted through Askfred.net until Monday Dec 29, 2014, with USFA late entry fees applied. After that time, we will no longer be accepting registration via the askfred.net website. Walk in Registration will be accepted on the day of the event. Please be advised the USFA imposes a $200.00 surcharge on top of late entry fees for registrations received within 72 hours of the event. The USFA and UNH waivers of liability (attached to entry, and emailed with entry confirmation) must be completed, signed, and presented at event registration. Completed waivers are required for event participation. Event T-shirts may be preordered with registration (T- shirt orders must be received by Dec 7, 2014) for $20.00. A limited number will be available (qty will be limited) at the event for $25.00 Event Withdrawals: The Standard US Fending Refund Policy regarding withdrawals will apply. The Withdrawal Deadline is December 12. Per USFA policy, withdrawals must be received in writing or via email on or before the withdrawal date. Withdrawals will have event fees refunded. Refunds will be processed within 4-6 weeks of the end of the tournament.
