This event is for unrated High School and Middle School fencers who started fencing this season (2015-2016) or last season (2014-2015). The goal is to give new fencers a fun and educational experience in the first steps of their competitive career. The fee is $15 and is payable at the door. Medals will be awarded to the top 4 finishers in each event.
Requirements:
USFA membership, 2 working weapons, 2 body cords, 2 mask cords, and all USFA approved protective gear including knee high socks.
Format:
2 rounds of pools followed by direct elimination.
