The Epic Donut Challenge is a an opportunity for fencers who currently compete regionally or are hoping to begin competing regionally.

A great opportunity for those who are beginning to compete regionally to gain more competition experience. All participants will receive a donut!



Registration Fee ($5):


  1. We ask that everybody pays the $5 registration fees. Fees go to compensating junior referees for their time and efforts (and the purchase of donuts!).
  2. Fee will be charged at the door



Event fees ($20):


Who pays?


  1. Non-Members
  2. Members who want to!
  3. Open-Bouting Members
  4. Class Members that don't have class Saturday
  5. Class Members that have already reached their # of classes per the week


Who doesn't pay?


  1. Epic Intro to Fencing Participants
  2. Unlimited Class Members
  3. Class Members counting the event towards one of their weekly classes
  4. If this applies to you, please register but do not complete the payment process. We will approve the registration



Schedule:


  1. 9am: Y8 Foil
  2. 9am: Y12 Foil
  3. 10am Y10 Foil
  4. 12pm: The Epic End of Year Celebration.
  5. Epic will supply burgers, hot dogs, and buns. See below for what to contribute.
  6. 1pm: Team Event for fencers 12yo+
  7. Teams will be constructed on the day of.
  8. Fencers are asked to register on askfred. We encourage all Epic fencers 12+ to fence!


What to bring to the lunch?

  1. Last Name starts with A-C: Plates, cutlery, napkins
  2. Last Name starts with D-L: Drinks
  3. Last Name starts with M-S: Sides, salads, snacks, etc.
  4. Last Name starts with T-Z: Desserts
