Event Registration & Payment Policy
To help us plan effectively and ensure a well-run event with the appropriate number of referees, we ask that all participants complete payment as early as possible via ASKFRED (Stripe). Alternate payment methods are available—please contact the club directly if needed.
Event entry is capped to maintain quality and efficiency:
- 9:00 AM – Y8 (Max: 12 fencers)
- 9:00 AM – Y10 (Max: 28 fencers)
- 1:00 PM – Y12 (Max: 35 fencers)
- 5:00 PM – Senior Unrated Foil (Max: 36 fencers)
Refund Policy
- 100% refund up to 7 days before closing date. 50% refund after closing date. No refund for No shows.
Parking is available right behind the academy in the parking lot on 3rd street. Sunday parking is free. There are plenty of parking on the streets and local parking lots.
