QUALIFYING RESULTS will be available on fencingtimelive.com YOU MUST BE A CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT. PERM RES MUST show proof of residency. NEW THIS YEAR. USA Fencing Access membership allows fencers to compete in local division sanctioned events, including qualifiers. This membership does not allow competing in regional events. ALL fencers MUST be either COMPETITIVE members or Access members of USFA to fence in qualifying events. Qualifying events are for New England Division fencers only. PLEASE NOTE: Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Western Mass, are NOT members of New England division. If you register for this event and are not a member of New England division YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED YOUR ENTRY FEE. We are not responsible for any computer problems for preregistering or prepayment issues on askfred. Please register early to avoid last minute registration issues. Please do not wait until the last minute to register; it makes getting appropriate referees very difficult. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR LATE FEES IF YOU DO NOT REGISTER BEFORE ANY DEADLINE. Please do not email organizer asking for an exemption. Fencer birth year must be between 2005-2008. Cadet (U17) - A fencer born after 2008 can fence in Cadet (U17) local and regional competitions, NAC Cadet tournaments and Junior Olympic Cadet (U17) Fencing Championships and qualifying tournaments IF the fencer is on the National Youth 14 point standings at the time of the ENTRY DEADLINE for that tournament. Registration fees: $35.00 up to 10/30/2021 $70.00 from 10/31/2021 to 11/6/2021 NO LATE ENTRIES AND NO WALK INS. Please do not email asking to register late. NO registrations will be accepted after the stated deadline. REFUND DEADLINE - 10/30/21 No refunds for self-withdrawal. Refunds must be requested before the stated deadline and withdrawals must be done by the organizer (merritt55@comcast.net). Please note: refunds are NOT credited to your credit card. We must send a check so please , if you request a refund, put your address in the email.
