3-Weapon Western NY Circuit #4 Hosted by Cornell

USFA membership required, must be >13yrs, $20/fencer/event. Open Mixed Gender. --------------------------------------------- Circuit Info: This is the 4th tournament in the Western NY Foil, Sabre, and Epee Circuits. Circuit runs from Sept-May, 1 per month. One point for each person that placed below you in a tournament. Only your top 7 tournament placings (out of a total of 9) will count to your final score. If you miss 2 tournaments, they won't count against you. If you make all 9, your lowest 2 scores will be dropped. ------------------------------------------------------ Cornell Specific Info: Please note that the venue will not be on Cornell's campus. We will fence at the YMCA of Ithaca. Graham Road West, Ithaca NY 14850 Please print off and bring your USFA membership card, which can be printed from the USFA website. This will show your official USFA letter ranking and that you have valid membership on the day of the tournament. Receipts for membership do not show letters, so please click on the button that says print your membership card. Please add your membership number to your AskFred profile if you haven't already. Cornell will be checking masks for safety and enforcing USFA rules including that you must wear an underarm protector, knickers, and socks that go to the knee. Weapons will be checked for weight resistance, shims, and screws, etc. Please bring more than one weapon and body cord per fencer in case you have a problem. Please bring proof of USFA Membership including your USFA membership number because we will not have internet access to verify from the USFA website. Unfortunately, 1-day USFA membership IS NO LONGER OFFERED! If you don't have membership at the tournament you'll have to purchase a year long membership for $70 at our tournament and we will mail in your membership form to the USFA. THIS IS NOT PREFERABLE BECAUSE IT DELAYS RESULTS BEING PROCESSED. PLEASE PURCHASE USFA MEMBERSHIP IN ADVANCE!!
