TFSA’s summer camp blends sport and culture with two hours of foundational fencing and one hour of Chinese language study. It’s the perfect way for beginners to build agility and global skills.
True Focus Sports Academy’s Summer Beginner’s Camp offers a unique dual-enrichment experience designed to engage both the body and the mind. Over the course of each session, students transition from the physical agility of the fencing strip to the intellectual challenge of the classroom, fostering a well-rounded approach to summer learning.
The program features two hours of intensive fencing instruction, where beginners learn the fundamentals of footwork, blade control, and tournament etiquette. Our coaches focus on building coordination and confidence in a safe, supportive environment, ensuring every student masters the basics of "physical chess" while staying active.
Complementing the athletic training is a dedicated hour of Chinese language and culture teaching. This immersive hour introduces students to essential vocabulary and cultural nuances through interactive lessons. It’s the perfect way for young athletes to sharpen their global perspective while taking a rewarding break from the fencing strip.
