This event is open to participants of AIF's Oak Hill Academy fencing program's participants only. Please follow the instructions on Sheila's email on how to register on Askfred and what to do on the day of the tournament.

FRED Announces the AIF's Oak Hill Academy Scrimmage To all fencers and parents of OHA fencers, The team have been training hard and learning a lot about the sport of fencing. Now you will get the opportunity to fence in a competition setting, AIF will be conducting the very first OHA Intra-squad scrimmage. The scrimmage will be held using a USFA sanctioned tournament format consisting of a round of pools, followed by direct elimination. The scrimmage will be refereed and strip coached by volunteers from AIF. At the conclusion of the scrimmage, the top 4 finishers will receive medals for their accomplishments. Additionally, All OHA fencers will receive their OHA Fencing sweatshirts at the event. We are scheduling this scrimmage on Thursday 12/11/2014, 3:30pm to be held at AIF’s new location: 20 Meridian Road, Unit 3, Eatontown, NJ. In order to participate, you must pre-register on https://www.askfred.net. Step 1) sign up for a free Askfred membership. Step 2) use the link https://askfred.net/Events/Prereg/prereg.php?tournament_id=28466 to find the tournament. Preregistration closes on 12/10/2014 Step 3) click on preregister which will bring you to dropdown box to find your fencer. Step 4) put in a few letters of the last name and hit enter Step 5) select your fencer Step 6) This will bring you to the tournament registration page. At this point the site is much easier to follow. For this tournament, there is only one option. If you have difficulty with Askfred, email Lisa Limaldi or Coach Mac. We are excited and proud of the progress that our fencers have made. This scrimmage will be fun, rewarding and informative.
