Unsanctioned foil event for beginner fencers at BHFC
Unsanctioned practice tournament for BHFC beginners and inexperienced fencers.
This event is for BHFC fencers to provide an opportunity to compete at a tournament. It is open only to BHFC and local fencers with some exceptions.** Only mixed foil will be competed, and the event will include a single round of pools with everyone advancing to direct elimination round. Please pre-register through AskFred, so that we can get a good sense of numbers; however, if you cannot, then please arrive at least a half-hour early to register on-site.
Registration fee is optional. If you want to help defray the costs of the gym rental, please consider paying the registration fee or donating at the event.
Mixed foil will start at 9:00 AM and registration will close at 8:30 AM.
Spectators are welcome.
** Non-BHFC fencers should contact us immediately if interested in participating. This is for beginners and is unsanctioned.
