FEES: $10 PER EVENT, upon pre-registration on askFRED (contact organizer for where to send check), PLUS for events where fencing is actually held, fencers will be charged an additional $15 at the door, for EACH event that they want to fence.

PRE-REGISTRATION PROCESS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. All steps must be followed. * Pre-register for your event(s) on askFRED. * After pre-registing on askFRED, send a check (to secure your pre-registration) to WPD Treasurer (contact organizer for the WPD Treasurer's address). FEES and CHECK AMOUNT: * There is a $10 non-refundable pre-registration fee for EACH EVENT you want to enter, so: number of your events x $10.00 = amount of your check * Make check payable to: United States Fencing Association W.Pa. Division * Your envelope must be post-marked no later than Monday, APRIL 20, 2015. IN ADDITION: > For those events where fencing is actually held, fencers will be charged an additional $15 at the door, for EACH event that they want to fence. > If fencing is NOT held for a given event, no additional fees are assessed. > Fencers pre-registered on askFRED will be notified (via the askFRED system) on FRI., APRIL 24, 2015, whether or not actual fencing will take place for their event on Sun., April 26th at TRFC. Be sure to pre-register. TO SUMMARIZE: All fencers must 1) FIRST pre-register on askFred, THEN 2) Send a check to the WPD Treasurer to cover EACH event that they want to fence (contact organizer for address). Entries MUST be postmarked no later than MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2015. THERE WILL BE NO “WALK-ON’S” ACCEPTED ON TOURNAMENT DAY. NO EXCEPTIONS. Events Scheduled: Y14 Women's Epee Y14 Women's Foil Y14 Women's Saber Y14 Men's Epee Y14 Men's Foil Y14 Men's Saber C & Under Senior Women's Div. II Epee D & Under Senior Women's Div. III Epee C & Under Senior Women's Div. II Foil D & Under Senior Women's Div. III Foil C & Under Senior Women's Div. II Saber D & Under Senior Women's Div. III Saber C & Under Senior Men's Div. II Epee D & Under Senior Men's Div. III Epee C & Under Senior Men's Div. II Foil D & Under Senior Men's Div. III Foil C & Under Senior Men's Div. II Saber D & Under Senior Men's Div. III Saber (The USFA requires that Veteran fencers qualify, for their events, via their Division's Div. II / Div. III events. Separate qualifying rounds are not held for Veteran fencers, in order to qualify for Veteran events at the National Championships.)
