All times are close of check-in. Registration is not complete if fees are not paid. No refund of registration fee. Refund of event fee minus $5 until April 19. No refund of event fee after April 19. Regular registration closes April 19. Entry fee and registration fee are doubled from April 20 to April 26. Absolutely no registration after April 26. Fees now are $70 registration and $60 entry fee per weapon. No refund of late registration and entry fee. Registration opens on 02/22/2008. Registration closes on 04/19/2008. Double registration and entry fees from 4/20 to 4/26. Format: one round of pools, 80% to DEs. Lodging: We suggest that fencers stay in the Cranberry area if traveling via PA Turnpike. There are many hotels in the Cranberry area, such as the Sheraton Four Points, Marriott, Hampton Inn Since this is now an “open” event, which requires no qualifying competition from the individual divisions, PETITIONS ARE NO LONGER NEEDED to fence in this qualifier. Any fencer who is a member of a division within the Mid-Atlantic Section and meets the age criteria may enter this event. You must enter by the above stated deadlines. You may still petition directly to the national office if you are not able to compete in the Sectional Championships.
