This tournament is MARCH 10. If you see any other date, it's incorrect. It was moved to this date to accommodate an event in Northeast division.

There is no waitlist for ME. There will be no additional entries if there are now shows.

If you have issues with registration, please check to make sure you are a current USFencing member before you send me an email (merritt55@comcast.net). You will be blocked if you are not a current member. You must be a competitive or access member to compete in this event.

Birth year 2010 or earlier. In any tournament where children can fence with adults, the fencer must be 13 BEFORE January 1 of the competition season

(August - July) i.e., competitor must have turned 13 by Dec 31, 2023.

PLEASE DO NOT:

1) EMAIL if you have had a recent classification change and it's not reflected in askfred. Your profile will update when the event is uploaded to the computer and results from this event are posted back to askfred. Only classifications noted in the USFencing database are accepted.

2) EMAIL via askfred. PLEASE email merritt55@comcast.net for questions, info. etc. Askfred email is rarely used so more likely I won't respond to your query in time.

If less than 6 fully registered in any weapon, event will be combined.

$35 online registration, NO WALKINS.

Senior M Epee 1 pm ME is capped at 71

REFUNDS:

No refunds for self-withdrawal. Refunds must be requested before the stated deadline (2/25/24) and must be done by the organizer (merritt55@comcast.net). No refunds for COVID or any other issue after the stated deadline.

Please keep in mind that although there are currently no caps on events EXCEPT MEN'S EPEE, if health guidelines change and we have to limit capacity, fencers will be removed from the tournament (and refunded event fee) based on their registration date. First in, last out.

Division is not responsible for any problems registering on askfred. We recommend you register early to avoid last minute issues. 

Stated deadlines are final. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR INABILITY TO REGISTER IN TIME.
