ALL fencers MUST be COMPETITIVE members of USFA and show proof of membership. High School membership is not accepted. New England Division fencers only. Junior (U20) – A fencer born after 2003 can fence in Junior(U20) local and regional competitions, NAC Cadet tournaments and Junior Olympic Junior (U20) Fencing Championships and qualifying tournaments IF the fencer is on the National Cadet point standings at the time of the entry deadline for that tournament.
