Great Lakes Junior Varsity Championship
In order to use AskFRED to register for events, all users must have a registered and successfully confirmed user account.

Open to JV members of the GLHSFC. Registration closes at 11:59 PM Thursday, 1/8. No registrations will be taken on the day of the event.
This is a Junior Varsity Event. Entrants must:
-Be enrolled in grades 9-12 at a Great Lakes High School Fencing Conference school
-Have no more than 2 years high school fencing experience (in ANY weapon)
-Have no higher than a USFA "E" rating in ANY weapon
-Be of high school age
-Be accompanied by a coach
-Have finished no higher than 5th in any weapon in an open high school tournament or the Great Lakes conference dual meet series ever
(includes previous seasons)
Registrants not compliant with these restrictions will be removed from the event.
Events Scheduled (*Subject to Change - check back again on 1/9):
9:00 AM: Men's Foil, Women's Epee, Women's Sabre*
10:30 AM: Women's Foil, Men's Epee, Men's Sabre*
Pool start times are approximate.
Events with 64 fencers or less: All fencers advance to DEs. Events with 65+ fencers: Only the top 80% of fencers advance to DEs.
Fencers can compete in one weapon only.
Entry fee is $20 per fencer - please pay upon arrival at the event. Schools may request an invoice.
Preregistration closes at 11:59 PM on Thursday, January 8.
All check-ins MUST be completed by 8:15 AM on January 10. NO EXCEPTIONS.
