YOU WILL BE TOWED! There is additional parking available in the lot across the street. When men's and women's events are to start at the same time or within 30 minutes of each other, the meets may be combined at the discretion of the meet managers if either event has fewer than six entries. Events "D" and higher may be mixed when fewer than 10 fencers of either gender have registered. You may fence in only one individual event event per day unless you are qualifying in more than one weapon. If you register for two events on the same day, you MUST present yourself at the appropriate strip when called or withdraw. We will not hold up an event if you are still fencing in another event. Preregistration closes on 10/30/2021 COVID POLICY - Properly worn masks are required by all fencers, coaches, referees, and spectators. One spectator per participant only please. REFUND DEADLINE - 10/30/2021 No refunds for self-withdrawal. Refunds must be requested before the stated deadline and must be done by the organizer (merritt55@comcast.net).
