After this posting, registrations will still be accepted, but will be subject to a $30 registration fee. Reminder, at the door a $45 registration fee applies! As always, a Professional Referee and Tournament Staff has been secured! Awards will be given to the top 8 places in Open Events and to the top 3 Boys and Girls in Youth-12 events.

Online pre-registration will be accepted until Thursday, 5/20, at 11:59pm CDT. Registration Fee as follows: Before midnight 5/10 $15 5/10-midnight 5/21 $30 At the door $45 $20 per event fee. No event fees for “A” rated fencers – proof required. Tournament T-shirts are available, please pre-order on the registration page. $15 for Small to XL/$18 for XXL. Birth year limitations STRICTLY ENFORCED according to National Guidlines Open events 1990 or before (or on Junior National Point list in weapon) Youth-12: 1994-1991 (or on Y10 National Point list in weapon) Tournament Organization: All weapons will be fenced electrically on grounded strips (where possible). Masks, body cords AND LAMES! will be subject to equipment control. Cuffs are required for Sabre events. Original seeding will be based on National Rating (e.g., A02, B00, etc). One round of pools will be fenced; 100% promoted to DE’s of 15 touches for Open events, and 2 out of 3 five-touch bouts in Youth-12 events. Initial seeding, seeding after pools and final placements will be posted in the venue. Fencers are responsible for verifying the posted lists, and signing their pool and DE sheets. Changes will not be made after fencing commences. USFA Membership: Fencers must be a USFA or FIE Member. Proof of membership is required – USFA membership forms will be available at the tournament. If you do not have proof of membership, you will be required to complete and pay for a membership. Fencers are reminded they need the signature of a parent or guardian (not a coach) on the membership form. Payment for memberships is made directly to the USFA (bring separate checks for the tournament and membership).
