Tournament Prep Camp

Spring Weekend Camp

Friday May 15 6pm-9pm

Saturday May 16 11am-3:30pm


Cost: $40 for Gold Members, no charge for Platinum fencers.

Youth class fencers planning to compete or that have competed earlier in the season may attend for $40. Regular youth class from 10-11:30 will also be in session.


Please bring: Full gear, notebook, snacks and water bottle,


Fencers have a tournament on Sunday May 17th and we will have coaches available.


Special Topics::

Since this before a tournament we will work on mental focus during competitions, bouting strategy/tactics.

Training volume will be limited to ensure athletes are rested and refreshed for the tournament.


  1. Emphasis is on executive function for fencers.
  2. Strip coaching - how to be coachable during bourts
  3. Positive teammate coaching and suppoet
