CLOSE OF REGISTRATION:
**To minimize crowds, please do NOT arrive more than an hour prior to your event.**
9:00 AM: Junior Men's Epee
9:00 AM: Junior Women's Epee
11:00 AM: Cadet Men's Epee
11:00 AM: Cadet Women's Epee
12:00 PM: Div2 Men's Epee
12:00 PM: Div2 Women's Epee
Cadet: 2004 - 2007
Junior: 2001 - 2007
Div2: Born 2007 or earlier
Current USFA competitive membership is required. Please bring your USFA card and the photo ID
WAIVER:
Please pre-print and bring the tournament waiver to your event (see the link above). The weavers also will be available at the door. Parent signatures required on all forms for fencers under the age of 18.
TOURNAMENT FEE:
$35.00 per event
$5 Late fee will be charge if no pre-registration on AskFred. Pre-registration closes midnight the Saturday before the event.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
One round of pools. 100% promotion to the Direct Elimination (DE) round. DE to the 1st place. Fence-off for 3rd place.
Full fencing uniform is required: mask, glove, knickers, socks that cover to the bottom of knickers, underarm protector, chest protector for girls/boys, cup recommended for male fencers.
A MINIMUM of 2 working weapons and 2 working body cords required for each fencer.
Additional fencing gear will be available for purchase at the venue.
Fencing masks and gloves check will be performed before each event
IMPORTANT:
COVID-19 safety protocol:
- Only fencers and their +1 parents or coaches in the lobby and/or on the fencing floor
- Agree to a temperature check on arrival.
- Everyone must wear a surgical or cloth mask covering their nose and mouth at the lobby, while warming up, fencing or waiting, except when drinking or eating
