Apex Novice Cup - Unsanctioned event for new fencers and parents to learn about completions. Please read the more info section for addition details.

Apex Fencing Academy welcomes all Foil and Epee fencers to our open events.


Registration and event fees will be collected online at the time of registration.


FEES:

  1. Registration fee: $10 (online at the time of registration)
  2. Event fee: $20/event (online at the time of registration)


Late Registration/Fees:

  1. Late/walk-in (if admitted based on availability) registrations will be doubled.
  2. Late/Walk-in Fee (if admitted): $20 Registration fee and $30 event fee (cash or check only).
  3. In an effort to keep our events running smoothly and on time, walk ins/late registrants may be turned away.



Start times for events may need to be changed. In such an event, participants will receive an email with the updated start time.



Cancellation and refund policy:

  1. You will need to cancel your registration on askfred at least 4 days before the tournament date to be eligible for a refund.
  2. Cancel by selecting the "Manage Registration" button and the selecting "Cancel This Registration" button. Once you cancel, your refund will be processed.
  3. There will be no refunds for late cancellations.



Awards are given to the top 4 fencers for each gender in each event.


***Please note****

If less than 5 fencers register for either gender in an event, the events may be combined to a Mixed event.


Proof or USA Fencing membership (access membership is enough) is required.

Please check/update your membership with USA Fencing and your askFRED profile to correctly reflect your membership status.


Fencers who do not have a USA Fencing membership will be asked to complete a membership/payment at the tournament. This could considerable delay the start time for your event and we therefore, ask the fencers to please do this prior to Saturday morning.
