1st Annual South Florida School Fencing League Championship

Hi and welcome to the 1st Annual South Florida School Fencing League Championship Fencing Tournament. Hosted at Miami Christian School (MCS) 200 SW 109 AVE, Miami FL 33172, on April 2, 2025 from 4pm to 8pm. The event will be held in the gym, you may park anywhere in the parking lot. Doors will open to the public starting at 3:30 pm. This will be a teams competition with 3 categories: Highschool Team, Middle School Team, and 6th Grade Team. Each team consists of 3 team members and a substitute. The format of the competition will be one round of pools. The results of pools will be awarded metals for each fencer in 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place. There will be no fence off for third place, if there is a tie. MCS will provde healthy snacks and water available for the fencers.

Pregistration is encouraged on ASKFRED https://www.askfred.net/tournaments/2744f059-47be-4c11-baf8-affc9b11de76/preregister and payment to be done at the following Go Fan link https://gofan.co/event/3390547?schoolId=FL7691 for $30 per participant prior to the event. (+ 2.50 PROCESSING FEE). This link will expire on April 1, 2025 end of day.

On April 2, 2025 will be considered late registration and 35$ payment on the day the event (+2.50 PROCESSING FEE) at the door close promptly at 4pm. No cash will be accepted, please bring credit card for late payment toward registration. Refund policy: There will be no refunds.

Ticket prices and food available for purchase for family and friends with Credit card only, No cash will be accepted. Entrance fee for adults is $5 for adults at the door by MCS Staff through GoFan website. Doors will open at 3:30pm FOR WARMUP and Opening ceremonies begin promptly at 4 pm including announcements and honorary guests: Gold Coast Chariperson, Rafael Suarez and Sweetwater Mayor Jose "Pepe" Diaz.
