Midwest High School Open

FRED Announces the Midwest High School Open OPEN TO ALL HIGH SCHOOL FENCERS. VENUE: STEINBRENNER REC. CENTER, CULVER ACADEMIES 1300 ACADEMY RD., CULVER, IN 46511 USFA MEMBERSHIP IS NOT REQUIRED - Conductive Lame Bib required for all foil events. Members of the Great Lakes HS Conference fees are $20. Non-members fees are $30 with preregistration. Note - preregistration is required, no walk ups. Awards: Medals for Top 8 fencers in each event. The best HS/Club will receive a trophy based on individual placements of top 4 fencers in each event. Non-GLHSFC competitors will represent their competition club (as listed with their USFA membership) OR their high school team. Composite teams will not be recognized. Motel Accommodations: Room reservations - on a first come first serve basis - at school motel will be accepted until 12/9/15. The cost is $25/room (2 twin beds). Concessions will be available on site.
