Sabre Youth Challenge Series #3

6-event youth series for the 2018-2019 season, open to all age eligible, unrated fencers. ENTRY & ELIGIBILITY Entry fee per event to be paid upon arrival at venue: $25 if pre-registered on AskFred $35 walk-ins at the door (not signed up on Fred). We encourage you to pre-register. Cash/check only at the door; no credit cards accepted for entry fees. Youth 10: Born 2008-2011 Youth 12: Born 2006-2009 Youth 14: Born 2004-2007 Registration closes at 11:59pm the Wednesday before the event. EVENTS SCHEDULED Y10 Women's Saber - 1pm Y10 Men's Saber - 1pm Y12 Women's Saber - 3pm Y12 Men's Saber - 3pm Y14 Women's Saber - 5pm Y14 Men's Saber - 5pm PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE OF REGISTRATION TIME FOR YOUR EVENT! We will start events promptly and on time. Doors open 1 hour before the close of registration for the first event. USA FENCING MEMBERSHIP You must be a current member of USA Fencing in order to compete, non-competitive membership is sufficient. Join or renew at http://usfencing.org/us-fencing-membership. COMPETITION FORMAT One round of seeding pools with 100% promotion to direct elimination. Events may be mixed if we have less than 6 fencers of both genders present for the same AGE category.
