ELIGIBIILTY Must be born 2010 or earlier Must be EITHER Access or Competitive USFencing member. New membership year starts August 1, 2023. Renew or join before this event. FEE/REGISTRATION Preregistration fee: $35 Men's events are limited to 56 fencers. Registration without payment is not considered fully registered and will not be uploaded into the event. NO WALK-INS Medals awarded to top 3(4) There will be no waitlist. If max capacity is reached you will have to monitor the site for withdrawals. REFUND POLICY No refunds after August 30, 2023. Please do not self-withdraw. No refunds will be issued for self-withdrawal. Refunds must be requested before the stated deadline (Aug 26) and must be done by the organizer (ann@vivofencingclub.com). Please note: refunds are NOT credited to your credit card. We must issue a check so please, if you request a refund, put your address in the email. There are no refunds after the stated refund deadline for COVID or any other inability to attend this event. OTHER INFORMATION There is ample parking in the front of the building. The division is not responsible for any payment issues on askfred or your inability to register on time. If event is cancelled you will be emailed so ensure your information has your correct email.
