Northern Ohio Summer Nationals Qualifiers DIV2/3, Y14, VET

REGISTRATION TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Emails will be sent out the week before the event to confirm times.

Events with three (3) or fewer fencers will auto qualify and will not have to fence, but you must still pay for each event. Emails will be sent the week of the event specifying if you do not have to fence. If there are more than three fencers registered for an event, that event will be fenced and the top 25% (min. of three fencers) will qualify.

Schedule of events will be announced by April 30th for events that need to be fenced off. 

USA Fencing Access membership allows fencers to compete in local division sanctioned events, including qualifiers. This membership does not allow for competing in regional events or national events. ALL fencers MUST be either Competitive members or Access members of USFA to fence in qualifying events.

This event is for Northern Ohio Division Members only, Div 2/3/Y14/VET Qualifier for Summer Nationals to be held in Milwaukee, WI June 28 - July 7, 2025. Fencers must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents and have not represented any other country in international competitions to compete. If you don't plan to compete at Nationals, please do not register. 

You must also be age eligible.

Div 2/3 age eligible: Born 2011 or earlier. C, D, E, and unrated fencers, National point standings do not apply for Div 2/3.

Y14 age eligible: Born 2010-2013 OR have Y12 national points.

VET age eligible: born 1985 or earlier. Vets rated C, D, E or Unclassified qualify by fencing the Div 2/3 event and by finishing the tournament, Vets rated A or B must qualify via a ROC. There is not a separate Vet qualifying event. Any Vet fencing the January or April VET NAC will auto qualify.

Tournament Format:

Standard - Single round of pools, 100% promotion to single Direct elimination table, with a fence-off for third.

Equipment Check:

Mask and glove equipment check will be in effect for this event.

Entry: $30 first event, $20 additional events.
