Fight Strong! Fencing for the Cause

Western PA Division presents the return of Fight Strong! Fencing for the Cause on Sunday, October 1st, 2023! The proceeds from this tournament will benefit the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Events (Close of Registration):

Open Mixed Foil - 10:00 AM

Open Mixed Epee - 11:30 AM

Unrated Mixed Saber - 12:30 PM

Unrated Mixed Foil - 2:00 PM

Close of registration times are subject to change (to a later time) depending on registration numbers. An email will be sent out to all pre-registrants in this case.

Event Fees:

$20 registration fee, $20 per event

Late fee of $10 for at the door registration

We will be accepting cash, check, and Venmo.

Equipment Check:

We will be checking masks, gloves, and cords.

Foil masks must be used for foil events. Foil masks cannot be used for epee events. Saber requires an 800N glove. Chest protectors for foil fencers must adhere to the USA Fencing rule of competition m.25.4 requiring the outside of the chest protector to be covered with a soft material and bear the appropriate SEMI technical mark.

All fencers must be current competitive members of USA Fencing in good standing and show proof of membership at check-in. Check-in will not be completed without proof of current membership.

Registration will be accepted at the door.
