Entry Fee $25. All events are self directed/refereed. THIS TOURNAMENT IS FOLLOWING THE LATEST USA FENCING COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: Up to date vaccination cards are required for all fencers and spectators and must be shown to the Meet Manager upon entering the building. If you have an up-to-date vaccination card, fencers and spectators will not have to wear a breath mask while in the building. If you have a medical or religious exception from USA Fencing, you must wear a breath mask at all times while in the building, including while fencing (except when eating or drinking). ----------------------------------------------------------- Phone number at the club is 603/428-7040 For all events: entry fee is $25 and will be self-directed. USA Fencing Competitive or Access membership required. This tournament is NOT using pre-pay on askFred. You pay at the door- cash or check, no credit cards please. Preregistration closes 10/20. Events with fewer than six by close of pre-registration will be cancelled. Entry fee without timely preregistration will have $5 added to the entry fee (maximum limits still apply). One round of pools, 100% to direct elimination. To ensure a smooth running event, maximum entry limits have been set. Events with fewer than six preregistered fencers on 10/20 will be cancelled. Estimated end times are for maximum entries. Events will finish earlier if there are fewer participants: Mixed Foil..........max limit 35 (should be over by 3:00) Mixed Epee.......max limit 35 (should be over by 8:00) Mixed Saber......max limit 8 (should be over by 3:30) Women's Foil.....max limit 16 (should be over by 8:00) Women's Epee.....max limit 16 (should be over by 2:30)
