Fees: $10, per event, upon preregistration on askfred (SEE "MORE INFORMATION" PAGE FOR WHERE TO SEND CHECK), PLUS for events where fencing is actually held, fencers will be charged an addt'l $15 at the door, for EACH event that they are preregistered.
FEES: Cost is $10.00, per event to pre-register; $15.00 additional per event, at door, for events that require fence-offs. PRE-REGISTRATION PROCESS: 1) Pre-register here on askfred. 2) Write a check: number of events x $10.00 = amount of your check 3) Make check payable to: United States Fencing Association W. Pa. Division 4) Send pre-registration check to: Deb Theriault, Treasurer, WPD 214 Falls Village Road Pittsburgh PA 15239 5) Envelope MUST be postmarked no later than Dec. 3, 2013. If fencing is actually held for a given event, then each fencer will be charged an ADDITIONAL $15.00, at the door, for EACH event that they are preregistered to fence. (If fencing is NOT held for a given event, no additional fees are assessed, and the fencer's name is put on the qualifier list to the USFA for that event.) ALL FENCERS MUST PRE-REGISTER ON ASKFRED THEN SEND A CHECK TO THE MEET ORGANIZER to secure their pre-registration. ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN 12/3/13. Only fencers who have completed the full pre-registration process (pre-registered on askfred and sent a check postmarked by 12/3/13) can fence on tournament day. THERE WILL BE NO "WALK-ON'S" ACCEPTED ON TOURNAMENT DAY. NOTE: There is no penalty for pre-registering for an event, then choosing not to compete. However, if you do pre-register, then can't attend, please remove your name from the askfred listing, or e-mail organizer to let them know.
