HSS Summer Friendlies 2023

Join us for a friendly tournament. Beginners welcome. All finishers will receive a cookie! Events Scheduled: Saturday 2:00pm - Y8 Mixed Foil 3:00pm - C&Under Mixed Epee Sunday 9:00am - C&Under Mixed Foil 10:00am - Youth 12 Mixed Saber 11:00am - Youth 12 Mixed Epee 12:00pm - Youth 12 Mixed Foil 1:00pm - Senior Mixed Saber Fees Registration: $25 Each Event: $15 A late fee of $20.00 will be charged to walk-ins who have not pre-registered on FRED. Format Round robin pools with 100% advancement to direct elimination rounds. Direct elimination bouts will be 10-touch for the Y8 event and 15-touch for the Y12 and senior events. If fewer than four fencers have preregistered for an event by the close of preregistration, we will cancel the event. Chair Fencing Wheelchair fencers are welcome to participate in HSS events. Standing fencers will be assigned a chair or seat to use during their bouts against wheelchair fencers. Membership All events require a minimum of an Access membership in USA Fencing. Equipment All current USA Fencing equipment requirements will be enforced. Masks and gloves will be checked. Preregistration opens on 04/26/2023. Preregistration closes on 06/08/2023.
