BIDA FENCING ACADEMY GRAND PRIX SERIES Y-14 (MEN'S FOIL) League

The BFA Grand Prix Series is an internal competitive league designed to develop consistency, competitive discipline, and season-long focus within the BIDA Fencing Academy system.

Athletes earn points based on placement at designated BFA events throughout the season. Rankings reflect cumulative performance and reward regular participation, progress, and competitive stability over time.

The league is organized by age group and weapon, with separate rankings maintained for each category:

• Y8 Foil

• Y8 Épée

• Y10 Foil

• Y10 Épée

• Y12 Foil

• Y12 Épée

• Y14 Foil

• Y14 Épée

Only official **BFA Grand Prix** tournaments are included in this league.

The series consists of **BFA Grand Prix events #1 through #7**, and only results from these designated events contribute points toward league rankings.

Each event contributes points toward the overall season standings within its respective division. Athletes accumulate points across all participating BFA Grand Prix events in the series.

At the conclusion of the season, top-ranked athletes in each division and weapon category will be formally recognized and awarded special prizes based on final rankings.

The BFA Grand Prix Series is designed to simulate long-term competitive structures similar to regional and national circuits, helping athletes learn how to manage a season, track results, and perform under ranking pressure.

This league supports athlete development by encouraging goal-setting, consistency, and a championship mindset throughout the competitive year.
