WIFC Epee Camp •Competitive Fencers• Get ready for Summer Nationals! ~Train with World Class Coaches~ •Khariton Zazhitskiy, USSR and Estonia National Champion, WIFC Head Coach •Bakhyt Abdikulov, World Cup Champion and USSR National Champion, Fencing Center of Chicago Head Coach DATES & TIMES: 6/19/23 - 6/23/23 Monday-Friday. 10 am - 3 pm. Lunch 12-1 pm. LOCATION: Woodlands International Fencing Club 2227 Golden Road, Suite A The Woodlands, TX 77380 CAMP CONTENT INCLUDES: -Warm up and stretching exercises. -Fencing strategies & techniques. -Footwork and coordination movements. -Practice and competitive fencing bouts in pools and competitions. -Video review and critique. WHAT TO BRING: Plenty of water, t-shirt/athletic shorts, long socks, athletic shoes and lunch (refrigerator/microwave available). Equipment and uniforms (provided if needed).
