Heathwood Hall Introduction to Fencing Camp

Dates: Monday, July 11 - Friday, July 15. Grades 5 – 12 Our beginner fencing camp will be taught by Michael Tarascio and Jane Littmann, both former members of the United States World Championship Team. This will be a great week-long introduction to the sport of fencing. Their philosophy on fencing is simple, “participate in fencing because it’s fun.” The camp is intended for campers who have little to no fencing experience and is designed to teach fencing through activities, games and exercises that develop coordination, flexibility and focus. Required Forms MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORMS: This form must be completed for each child prior to the start of camp and is required for their participation in a camp. Forms are available during on-line registration. IMMUNIZATION FORMS: DHEC regulations state that all campers should have an immunization form on file at the school during camp. Heathwood Hall students who were enrolled during the 2014–2015 school year do not need to send this form again unless the information already on file needs to be updated.
