Three mornings of focused, high-intensity training to sharpen your game before the summer season heats up.
Daily Schedule
9am–Noon: Structured sessions covering fitness, footwork, technical repetition, and situational bouting: everything that moves the needle on the strip.
1pm-4pm: Optional open bouting and lessons for those who want more.
Staff
Sessions and lessons will be led by Coach Ben Parkins
Requirements
Full fencing attire including, plastron, fencing pants, and chest protectors must be worn and a current USA Fencing membership is required for each participant.
Logistics
Parking is free in the complex
Bring a water bottle and bagged lunch/snacks/medications if required
