Three-time NCAA Epee Champion and former World #3, Slava Zingerman, will be holding an elite epee camp for fencers of all ages looking to take their skills to the next level. This is a rare opportunity to train with this Hall of Fame inductee!

Music City Fencing Club in Nashville, Tennessee will play host to this Elite Epee Clinic run by three-time NCAA Epee Champion and former World #3, SLAVA ZINGERMAN. This clinic is for intermediate to advanced epee fencers, ages 12 to adult, who wish to take their training to the next level. Learn the tactics and techniques that helped Slava become only the second person in NCAA men’s epee history to win three consecutive NCAA titles. Athletes will receive training with intense and tactical footwork, technical and tactical drills, various bouting situations, and plenty of open fencing with other high-level competitive fencers, as well as with Slava himself! This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity so be sure to register early as space is very limited. Registrations are only complete once payment is made. There are no refunds. The clinic will run from 11am-4pm, but fencers can remain for additional open fencing until 6pm. MORE ABOUT SLAVA ZINGERMAN Zingerman is the Asst. Fencing Coach at Duke University, and came to Duke after a three-year stint as an epee coach at the New York Fencing Academy in Brooklyn, N.Y. At the fencing academy, Slava mentored a number of top fencers at the 2016 Summer Nationals, claiming eight medals and naming two champions. Prior to the New York Fencing Academy, Zingerman was also a coach at the Fencers Club in New York, N.Y. (Sept. 2013-June 2015) and the Manhattan Fencing Center (Sept. 2011-2014). During his collegiate career at Wayne State University, Zingerman was a four-year fencing letterwinner (2006-10) and became the second person in NCAA men’s epee history to win three consecutive NCAA titles. He compiled a 69-29 record at the NCAA Championships during his four years and left Wayne State as a four-time All-American, along with being the all-time epee wins leader in school history with a 247-54 mark. In 2016, Zingerman was inducted into the Wayne State University Athletic Hall of Fame after his dominant success throughout his career. Zingerman graduated from Wayne State University in May of 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Zingerman was a member of the Israeli National Team from 2000-09, secured third in the epee world rankings in 2003 and was the bronze medalist at the 2009 Senior World Cup in Tallinn, Estonia. Zingerman is also a member of the United States Fencing Association. Preregistration opens on 02/23/2017. Preregistration closes on 03/17/2017.
