Foothills is excited to host a competitive foil and epee camp for fencers on June 15-19, 2026. This camp is for students with at least 1 year of competitive fencing experience. During this 5-day camp, students will work through advance footwork and compound offensive and defensive tactics. Students will also learn proper weightlifting techniques like squats, rows, deadlifts, and presses. Things like proper nutrition, and recovery will also be discussed.
Coaches include FFA's own CJ and Austin Maxwell. Coach CJ is a former Div1 foil fencer at Sacred Heart University. Coach Austin holds a bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of South Carolina. They are happy to be bringing their combined knowledge and enthusiasm for the sport in this camp.

Time: Camp will meet from 9AM-12PM each day
