True Focus Sports Academy’s Summer Epee Camp offers a high-energy environment built for competitive fencers ready to take their skills to the next level. The program focuses on the strategic side of the sport, teaching athletes how to outsmart opponents through better timing and smarter decision-making.
The training balances technical precision with a heavy emphasis on mental toughness, teaching fencers how to stay composed under pressure. Through situational drills and "stress-testing" matches, students learn to maintain their focus and adapt their strategy even when the score is close.
Physical conditioning is equally prioritized, with explosive footwork and endurance exercises tailored to the unique demands of epee. By strengthening both the body and the mind, participants develop the stamina and confidence required to outlast their opponents in long tournament days.
Schedule: M-F 9am-12pm
Cost: $100/day ($375/week for club members)
