Foil/Epee Training Camp with Olympic and national team athletes and coaches Includes: mobility/strength work, footwork, technical and tactical drills, situational and competitive bouting.

Dates & Time: Dec 28th-31st (1pm-6pm) and Jan 2nd (9am-2pm)

Ages: 13+ (Fencers will be divided by age/experience on day one)

Foil/Epee training camp with Olympic and national team athletes and coaches. Camp activities include mobility/strength work, footwork, technical and tactical drills, situational bouting and competitive bouting.

Open to all fencers 13 or older looking for a competitive training camp with high level fencers
